Short Description:
In the role of a Test Analyst, you will be expected to test design (manual test case and automation script creation), test script execution in Azure DevOps pipeline. This role also needs to the tester to have hands on experience in ST and SIT. Roles and Responsibilities:
  • SIT / E2E Testing Experience - Should have past experience in doing SIT / E2E Testing. Should be able to identify defects, retest and track the defects to closure. Should be able to create test cases based on requirements provided for sprints.
  • Test Automation - Design and implement automated test scripts using Playwright, to enhance testing efficiency.
  • Test Script Maintenance - Understands the PR process and is able to peer review the test scripts created by team members.
  • CI/CD Implementation - Set up pipelines using Azure DevOps.
  • Process Optimization - Identify repetitive tasks and automate them to reduce manual effort and improve productivity.
  • Monitoring & Maintenance - Ensure automated systems run smoothly, troubleshoot issues, and optimize scripts for better performance.
  • Collaboration with Teams - Work closely with developers, testers, and DevOps engineers to integrate automation into various workflows in testing space
Essential:
  • Years of experience: 4+
  • Strong knowledge of integration and End to End testing
  • Test Design: Test Scripting and Manual Test case design.
  • Execute the test scripts locally and in DevOps pipeline
  • Can maintain existing test scripts and update the reusable methods
  • Experience Agile way of working with knowledge on Sprint planning, estimation, retrospective
  • Proficiency in TypeScript / JavaScript, Automation Testing
  • Understanding of PR process and contribute to review the test scripts.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred :
  • Customers handling and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with designers, architects, sales staff, field technicians and external customers.
  • Well organized and able to do multi-tasking, problem solving, troubleshooting techniques and strategic thinking.
  • Analytical skills to interpret and understand end user requirements.
  • Capability to work with people in different time zones and support Global Delivery Model
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment and appropriately prioritize tasks, and keep abreast of the latest technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong & effective customer relationships.
Additional Skills:
  • Excellent customer interfacing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
