Short Description:
In the role of a SNOW developer, you will be expected to develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM applications to meet business needs. This role will interface with client and will involve design, development and maintenance.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM applications to meet business needs.
  • Implement Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, and Orchestration within ITOM.
  • Design and integrate ServiceNow with internal and external systems using RESTful APIs, OAuth 2.0, and GraphQL.
  • Automate workflows using Jelly scripting, XML, SOAP, and JavaScript.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and system architects to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Configure and manage MID Servers for integration between ServiceNow and on-premise systems.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices in all ServiceNow development efforts.
  • Provide troubleshooting, bug fixes, and performance optimization for ServiceNow applications.
  • Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow ITOM features and enhancements.
  • Day-to-day upkeep of ServiceNow.
  • Develop, and maintain a range of ServiceNow modules including ITSM / ITOM / FSM / IRM / GRC / BCM / SecOps.
  • Routine platform upgrades, deal to any issues, build integrations, and data quality issues.
Essential:
  • Years of experience: 7+
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, scripting, and integration patterns.
  • Experience with CMDB, ITSM, ITAM, and other ServiceNow modules.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, PowerShell, Shell scripting, and web technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with RESTful API integration, OAuth 2.0, and GraphQL.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified ServiceNow Developer preferred.
  • ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 certification is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to influence, persuade and mobilize internal/external resources to fulfill customer requirements
Preferred :
  • Customers handling and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with designers, architects, sales staff, field technicians and external customers.
  • Well organized and able to do multi-tasking, problem solving, troubleshooting techniques and strategic thinking.
  • Analytical skills to interpret IT user requests and understand end user requirements.
  • Capability to work with people in different time zones
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment and appropriately prioritize tasks, and keep abreast of the latest technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong & effective customer relationships.
  • Solid knowledge of the IT Service Management framework, practices, and process experience in Information Technology.
  • Service Delivery tasks like, reporting, customer relationship, SLA management etc.
Additional Skills:
  • Excellent customer interfacing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
