Infosys is seeking a Lead Quality Engineering. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications :

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. Bachelor of Engineering / Technology related to Computers, Communications, Electronics.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

Preferred Qualification :

• Continuous Service Validation' which aims to Work on 5G & 6G modem (Gateway) ==> Performing the full sanity, functional & regression testing on these modems (XB6T, XB7T, XB8T, and Coda5801)
• Filed issue replication on these devices and provide the necessary support to the development team (Comcast) to resolve the issue.
• Performing the full sanity on different ONTs (Nokia 010XQ, 010XB, 020XA)
• Rack management ==> Assembling the rack and executing the I-pref long-run tests on these ONTs and modems.
• Cataloging the devices after receiving them from the field.
• Testing these Modems (XB6T, XB7T, XB8T, and Coda5801) and ONTs (Nokia 010XQ, 010XB, 020XA) in Altiplano setup
• CPE/Set -top box middleware testing (QAM & IP )
• Filed issue replication and provide the necessary support to the development team.
• Checking the data flow from the cisco HE to Set up box
• Checking the DOCSIS migration and network flow between the servers (DNCS, NETCRYPT, B FS QAM & SENCORE)
• Pay Per View & VOD testing.
• Execute compliance test plans which include Connectivity, Speed, Load, Video, Voice Testing etc., Log Collection & Bug Reporting. The devices include Xfinity XB Modems, Hitron Coda Routers, Cisco Meraki Wireless Access Points and Switches, CradlePoint/Ericsson IoT Cellular Routers for transport vehicles and Remote Areas, 30-40 Legacy EMTAs and Routers, New Manufacturers for Power Adapters used in Router/STBs, HDMI Splitters, New Manufacturers for Ignite STBs and Various Energy Meter Vendors.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Extensive travel may be required as per client and project needs.
Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:
Ontario: $ 89004 to $ 115491.
