Infosys is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology Lead having strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of the project, including regular enhancements, defect management and the development of robust integrations. This role involves building integrations with Fusion(Event Based, Inbound, Scheduled, FBDI etc), handling REST and SOAP APIs, managing Agent configuration and ensuring smooth error handling and resubmissions. The candidate will also be responsible for raising and following up on Oracle SRs to resolve integration issues effectively.

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Waterloo, Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Ownership: Lead and oversee the technical delivery of the AMS project for OIC, ensuring all integration solutions are delivered as per business requirements and best practices.
- Defect Management and Enhancements: Identify, prioritize and resolve defects and enhancements related to OIC Integrations. Work closely with the ERP team and third party teams to investigate and debug issues, providing technical solutions and fixes in a timely manner. Manage error handling and resubmissions for failed integrations to ensure smooth Production system operation.
- Service Request Management: Raise and follow up on Oracle Service Requests (SRs) to resolve integration-related issues with Oracle support.
- Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of the integration architecture and design decisions. Ensure proper knowledge transfer to the support team and document any changes made to the system.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews, performance optimization, and testing of integration components to ensure high-quality and efficient integrations. Ensure that integration solutions meet business, security and compliance standards.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) development and implementation
- Strong expertise in REST and SOAP APIs, WSDLs, XSDs and XSLT functions for integration development.
- Strong experience in integrations with Fusion and managing OIC Agents for on-premise and cloud integrations
- In-depth knowledge of error handling and resubmission mechanisms within integration scenarios
- Solid understanding of OIC integration patterns, data transformation and middleware technologies
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:
Ontario: $89004 to $115491
