Your role

In the role of Intershop Lead Developer Technology Lead, you will be part of Technical team for the program. You will be pivotal in leading the technical team, problem definition and facilitating discovery of the solution and guide offshore teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Ability to design and develop code components independently as per client requirements.
  • Contribute to the Design and develop high quality customizations for B2B e-commerce application using Intershop.
  • Analyze business requirements, and create technical design documents that are in accordance with the company's architecture standards
  • Supporting the execution of this program ensuring quality delivery of digital artifacts in alignment with client's ecommerce roadmap
  • Interact with tech arch to understand technology direction/changes, standards, and best practices
  • Experience working with coordination of multiple teams
  • Participate in discussions with customer as needed and articulate the value delivered by proposed technical solution

Technical Skills and Experience:
  • Hands-on experience with utilizing various Intershop modules including ICM and IOM.
  • Knowledge and experience in REST APIs and customization of Intershop exposed APIs
  • Knowledge and experience with Design, Development, deployment and release processes for Intershop.
  • Strong understanding of E-commerce solution architecture and knowledge of different systems involved in a typical e-commerce solution to make architecture level decisions.
  • Experience in leading and guiding a technical team of junior developers in estimating the stories and delivering the sprint.
  • Experience in end to end project implementation of functional projects in Intershop commerce
  • Experience in working in onshore/offshore model
  • Experience in working on different Business models of commerce (B2B, B2C).
  • End-to-end experience in software development life cycle and familiar with agile methodologies.
Required
  • Deep understanding of Digital Service and Customer Experience
  • Should actively participate in communication with business stakeholders and participate in all SDLC lifecycles.
  • Should be capable of reviewing the work done by other team members and guide them in complex issues.
  • Should have good knowledge related to Agile methodology
  • Should have minimum 8+ years Hands-on experience in Intershop version 4.x onwards.
Preferred
  • Should have good knowledge on front end technologies such as Angular JS and PWA
  • Should have good knowledge in implementation of Microservices and cloud based architecture such as Azure Cloud.
  • Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases and SQL.
