Job Summary


We are seeking a detail-oriented Hardware Asset Management Data Analyst and Coordinator to oversee and manage our company's hardware asset data and processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate asset-related and stock take activities. Familiarity with asset management software and data analysis tools will be critical to success in this role.

Responsibilities

1. Data Analysis and Review:

- Collect, process, and analyze asset data from spreadsheets.
- Review asset information and room data for accuracy and completeness.

- Identify discrepancies and coordinate actions to address bad data.

2. Room Audits Coordination:
- Collaborate with relevant departments to schedule and conduct room audits.
- Ensure accurate asset records during room audits.
- Coordinate actions based on audit findings.

3. Asset Reporting:
- Develop and maintain detailed inventories of hardware assets.
- Monitor asset and stock room status
- Provide regular reporting on asset progress and improvements.

4. Asset Disposal Management:
- Coordinate Decomissions and Disposal events
- Track asset lifecycles and recommend actions.
- Utilize asset management software for efficient tracking.
- Prepare documentation for Specialist Disposal approvals. For example, assets that require disposal and destruction without secure wipe
- Report assets that are not on manifest using firm approved processes

Qualifications

- Technology Bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet analysis and data manipulation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with asset management software and tools.
