Infosys is seeking a Business Analyst Financial services- Risk, Finance and ERPM. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty.   • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Toronto, Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

Preferred Qualification :
  • 4+ Years' of experience as an IT BA - working on Risk and compliance Domain
  • Business Analyst with strong domain knowledge / experience in Risk, Finance & ERPM (Enterprise Risk and Portfolio Management)
  • Understand business requirements and document clearly with expected results
  • Document reporting requirements from business users and analyze available data to support the same
  • Identify data-driven trends and insights within the financial data reported in CFO Dashboard
  • Understanding of key financial statements like balance sheet, income statement and cash flow
  • Variance analysis - budget vs forecast, budget vs actual etc. and compare with benchmarks
  • Analyze data required/available to support financial metrics like profit margins, revenue growth, ROI
  • Understand risks involved with financial domain like Interest rate risk, Credit risk, Operational risk etc. and document data required to identify such risks
  • Understand various elements of management reporting and document impacts to strategic financial models within the organization
  • Work with Business stakeholders to refine requirements
  • Guiding clients through key design engagements
  • Ability to plan, organize, review, implement associated project milestones to completion
  • Gets involved in providing forms and forms workflow solution that's best suited for clients
  • Develop solutions and provide knowledge transition to the teams both at onsite and offshore.
  • Ability to define proposal solution and create client specific POVs .
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Extensive travel may be required as per client and project needs.
