Infosys is seeking a Java Microservices Developer.
This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty; be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.

Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be in Philadelphia, PA or willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 5 years of Information Technology experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Creating new Microservices using Spring boot and updating existing Microservices to add new features
• Working and collaborating with multiple teams throughout the software development lifecycle
• Supporting various stakeholders throughout the new and existing feature integration process
• Participating in Agile development
• Analysis and design of new feature requirements
• The candidate strength in solving practical coding tasks in an efficient and accurate manner is important.
• Understanding of Microservice architecture
• Experience working with Java 11 or 17
• Experience working with the Spring Boot framework
• Experience working with Kafka
• Good Experience with REST API
• Good Experience with React,UI
• Experience working with Cassandra database
• Working experience using the following tools and technologies GIT, GitHub, Helm, Concourse,
• Familiarity working with Camunda Orchestrator
• Familiarity working with Cloud platforms Kubernetes/AWS
• Familiarity with networking concepts
• Familiarity with the ELK stack
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in team in diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
