- Relevant experience of 12 to 15 years in Network domain
- Candidate should be able to lead Network projects in Lan/Wan/Voice areas.
- Consistently demonstrate application of project management best practices such as Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) to ensure project success.
- Applies planning and scheduling techniques (Work Breakdown Structure, Organization Breakdown Structure, etc.) to managing Network projects
- Facilitates and manages project plan development, project schedule and project plan.
- Performs schedule variance analysis
- Define project scope and requirements
- Manage, report on, and track project deliverables and milestones
- Leading regular meetings with team members and stakeholders
- Holds project team accountable for delivery of results on-time & on-budget
- Communicates and presents project status and updates to Hallmark Leadership and other stakeholders.
- Crisply tells a story in a consumable way, representing the business outcome needed and the project deliverables and change management required for achieving them
- Monitor project progress and create status reports
- Ensure deliverables are delivered on schedule
- Provides resource requirement planning
- Identifies, manage, track risks and issues and recommends alternate solutions and mitigation plans
- Uses defined methodologies to develop project plans.
- Ensures standard procedural documentation and effective controls exist.
- ITIL, CCNA/CCNAP, PMP certificate is an added advantage
