As a QA Test Architect, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios. Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
  • All applicants authorized to work in the United States are encouraged to apply
  • Candidate can work remote. This position may require travel.
  • At least 7 years of working experience in QA Testing
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
  • Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies.

  • • RESTful Web Services, API Test Automation using Axios/Jest or similar tool - JavaScript, Typescript, Java, XML, SQL
    • WDIO IO, JavaScript / Node JS / Typescript, Java, HTML, JSON,
    • Insurance Underwriting experience a plus, MRAS/Allianz (underwriting rules engine) a plus
    • Agile Scrum with Jira, GitHub, GitHub Actions - test planning, development, execution, defect management
    • Contribute to Agile ceremonies, helps identify gaps, defines and streamline process - ability to translate business requirements into test strategy and test cases, estimating Agile testing tasks

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.

Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In CA / WA / NY / CO: $96,000 to $ 134,400
In Washington, DC: $85,600 to $129,000
