Purpose of the position:
Responsible for the design, integrity and quality of an IT solution and of associated IT services delivered to Business, Support Functions and IT Technology domains. Responsible that the IT solution/service provides the required functionality and meets the cost expectations of business. Collaborates with and contributes to project set- up and delivery as well as to service operations optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the architectural road map for the tools within the scope based on needs arising from projects and changes
- Define the technical IS solution and ensures alignment with other modules and surrounding IS applications through cooperation and collaboration across IS Solution Architects, IS Domain Architects and Functional Analysts
- Collaborate with Business Analyst, Application Manager and the Team for complexity analysis and effort estimation of incoming business demand
- Determine non-functional requirements and ensure service / solution operation standards are considered accordingly
- Engage in requirements engineering to decide which requirements are covered by available standard functionalities, for which functionalities enhancements are needed and for which functionalities workarounds are accepted
- Be responsible for translating the functional design into technical specifications from the Business Blueprint (BBEM)
- Communicate the technical specifications to the developers
- Formulate rules, principles and guidelines to guide the development of the technical solutions
- Ensure technical specification is aligned with the quality assurance strategy (in cooperation with application manager and QA Lead)
- Support the Run organization in the incident and problem resolution when technical expertise is required
- Support validation, prioritization, estimation of incoming change requests in collaboration with the relevant IT Service Manager and Application Manager

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Experience with CI/CD methodology and management of Azure DevOps Services is required.
- Experience with static code analysis and management of SonarCloud is required.
- Programming knowledge including PowerShell scripting is required.
- Hands on experience with service integration and data migrations.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of Azure Cloud (Windows Server, MS Entra ID, LogicApps).
- Knowledge of GitHub (project configuration, version control, and release management).
- Understanding of web applications, API, and relational databases (MS SQL Server preferred).
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills, and documentation skills for processes and procedures.
- Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft AZ-400 are a plus.
