Job Overview
Infosys is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage the integration of various systems within our client's technology landscape, including cloud-based applications for customer relationship management, media and content management, data sourcing and real-time data distribution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical project management and exceptional communication, negotiation and organizational skills. Additionally, the candidate should possess the ability to set up and maintain proper governance for the assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including business units, IT teams and external partners.
  • Gather and document requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholders' expectations.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including developers, data analysts and other product and project managers from the client organization or from external suppliers.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to the client management and stakeholders.
  • Manage the development and integration of various systems including CRM, CMS, MAM, DAM and data distribution platforms, collaborating with analysts and developers to implement integration solutions.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot project risks, milestones, integration issues, incidents and resolutions.
  • Ensure the compliance of developments and integrations with data governance and security standards.
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of integrated systems and data pipelines.
Required Skills
  • Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, specifically in systems integration and data sourcing/distribution projects.
  • Understanding of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics), Data platforms (e.g. CosmosDB, Snowflake), Content and Media Management platforms (e.g. Contentful, Bynder, Imagen...) and integration platforms and technologies (e.g. Boomi, REST APIs, middle wares, webhooks...).
  • Excellent project management skills, including proficiency with project and backlog management tools (e.g., Office 365, Monday.com, Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Project...)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude, exceptional communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices. Product Owner, Scrum Master, PMP, PRINCE2, or similar product or project management certification is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data governance and security standards
  • Interest in the sports industry, particularly football
  • Good command of English written and spoken. French or Spanish is a plus.
