Technical Project Manager- Middleware

Charlotte, NC

Infosys is seeking to hire a Technical Project Manager - Middleware with a proven track record of success in delivering complex projects. We are looking for enthusiastic talent for a large-scale project, embracing the latest technologies to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Charlotte, NC or be willing to relocate to the area.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 11 years of Information Technology experience and 6 years of experience in Project Management stream.

• Hand on experience in application architecture & design of Java based applications.
• Hands on experience on Platform Engineering and Middleware technologies.
• Good Knowledge of Microservices Architecture or related technologies.
• Experience in Integration Technologies and Architecture.
• Working knowledge of frontend and database technologies.
• Familiarity with Agile & DevSecOps, Log Analytics, APM tools.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
• Understanding of account goals w.r.t revenue, margin, and levers to achieve these. Willingness to collaborate with stakeholders, ideate and drive results on these parameters.
• Good understanding of strategies to influence Delivery parameters.
• Manage Client Engagement and Delivery.
• Should be able to perform People Management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Candidate should be able to make complex decisions.
• Candidate should be able to demonstrate Critical Thinking
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification is a plus.
• Looking for a Leader with creative mindset for thinking outside the box. The talent should be open-minded to different solutions to problems and foster this same mindset in IT project team members.
• Candidate should have Vendor Management experience and have the ability to negotiate and adapt in difficult situations.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
