Infosys is seeking a Technical Business Analyst with deep understanding of Professional Services domain and technical knowledge. Candidate should have experience in audit, tax, assurance & consulting services and driving the requirement elicitation with business stakeholders. This position is based out of Tampa, FL. Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Tampa, FL. or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may quire travel to project locations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Experience in Requirement elicitation process, writing the test cases, supporting System Testing and UAT cases and driving defect management process.
• Experience in Agile way of working (Scrum), ADO & Confluence tools
• Experience in Project Management SDLC life cycles
• Exposure to Azure Cloud tools, Data Management Products such Purview, SQL, DataLakes and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

• Should be familiar with the latest technology trends in the Professional Services Industry.
• Knowledge of CRM solutions like workday, Salesforce
• Knowledge of Microservices testing
• Should be able to resolve issues related to the Testing and end-to-end defect life cycle management
• Should be able to perform issue resolutions during support /Post-Go Live phase.
• The candidate must be a team player and is also expected to help the project team with any functional issues that may arise during the project.
• Participate in daily scrum meetings with the client and provide daily updates. Should work with onsite/offshore leads to provide the deliverables on time.
• Candidate should possess Good Communication and Client interfacing skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
