Tableau Support & Maintenance Engineer - Ingeniero de soporte y mantenimiento Tableau

In the role of a Front-End Reporting Support & Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting Tableau Dashboards and Data Flows from various sources into or out of source system. You will play an important role in ensuing SLA adherence for various Reports and critical business process. As a support engineer you would do troubleshooting, proactively fixing long running Tableau Dataflows, diagnose and troubleshoot failures, implement corrective actions. You would be part of the team to do Incident management, Proactive Maintenance. • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• At least 5 years of experience in Tableau and minimum 3 years of experience in various aspects of Tableau Dataflow and some amount in System Administration like Connection setup and load monitoring.
• Must have last worked with Tableau around one year ago.
• Proficient English communication skills.

• Development experience in Tableau, Tableau Dataflows and Tableau Administration.

• Tableau Experience:
  • Typically, 3-5 years of experience of dashboard development in Tableau.
  • Connection Management and System Health Monitoring.
  • Code Deployment.

• Experience in software development life cycle and ITSM framework.
• Working in an agile environment, works on enhancement/maintenance of existing systems.
• Experience with page speed testing and optimization techniques.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
• Preferred - Experience in Financial Services, Insurance Domain.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
• Understanding of Continuous Integration and DevOps.
