Infosys is seeking a Supply Chain Finance Business Analyst to support Technology Modernization of its Working Capital Finance Solutions. As a Consultant, you will be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Location for this position is Dallas, TX / Raleigh, NC. Candidate must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
• Experience in Modernizing Working Capital Finance solutions, specifically focused on Receivable Financing and Payable Financing (Supply Chain Finance).
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Finance product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, and/or agile product owner experience in Commercial SME Lending Space.
- Strong Banking/Commercial Lending domain knowledge.
- Preferably at least having 1 end to end implementation experience of implementing leading Product Solutions in Supply Chain Finance and Factoring business, likes of HPD Lendscape, Premium Technology or Finastra Supply Chain Finance Solution.
- Hands on experience in delivering Product capabilities in agile methodology, using Jira or other Agile tools to track, prioritize and deliver initiatives.
- Expert in Business Processing Modelling, Product GAP analysis vis-à-vis Business Requirements and capturing User Journeys of key Personas.
- Provide deep Domain and Product expertise to - support to team's vision, direction and to leadership on Modernizing Working Capital Finance solutions, specifically focused on Receivable Financing and Payable Financing (Supply Chain Finance).
- Ability to remain focused on value driven initiatives and ability to say no to less value requests.
- Excellent verbal, written, collaborative, and interpersonal communication skills with proficiency in building presentations and communications, with ability to simplify complex problems.
- Management Consulting experience in Digital practice is preferred.
