At least 2+ years in a customer facing service role in any capacity 1 At least 5 years in customer facing service role in any capacity To have General Windows OS "Core" Features and troubleshooting 2 At least 5y working in operations team troubleshooting and resolving Windows OS issues Deep knowledge on Windows Server 2008/2012/2016 and 2019 3 Willing to help the team to solve complex issues Experience with Windows Printing service 4 Deep experience with Windows OS / Hypervisors knowledge on Active Directory Infrastructure 5 Deep knowledge in network/storage areas Virtualization and Hyper-V technologies 6 At least 3y , Experience Leading and huge engagement with the team TCP/IP networks 7 Willing to work in different shifst to coodinate our operational team experience with storage and disk performance 8 Ability to take decisions to escalate critical issues with management team DNS, DHCP or DFSN: Undestanding of DNS Implementation and troubleshooting 9 Excellent attitude for teamwork Basic experience on using tools and analizing data collected using : Process Monitor/ Process Explorer ETL Traces 10 English Language: Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English Language: Fluent in reading, writing and speaking 11 Willing to give the extra effort in every situation with our customer or team Knowledge of RDS on Azure preferred (AVD) 12 Detect and balance workload Advanced architectural knowledge and experience working on Windows Terminal Services/Remote desktop Services infrastructure. 13 Experience as Agent at least 3y Advanced knowledge of Windows Management Instrumentation architecture, WinRM and PowerShell. 14 Demonstrated aptitude for providing exceptional customer service in politically charged environments. 15 Strong cross team collaboration skills. 16 Experience via phone/video call with final users Follow processes and instructions to be aligned with our customer (ITIL, etc) Excelent attitude, open to learn new technologies and affort new challenges Willing to work different shifts & weekends in ED Time Zone Willing to work in hybrid scheme Ability to work in team and share knowledge Ticket tool knowledge (For Ex. SNOW) Get MSFT certificate (windows server core services) passing AZ-800 and AZ-801 examns Experience placing incident cases to escalate issues internally or our vendor
