SHORT DESCRIPTION:
This position will be responsible to support in the research and development of automation product roadmap, with a particular emphasis on integrating AI into automation processes, particularly in Agentic Automation, Workforce Intelligence, and Autopilot.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create product roadmaps and support development and implementations of AI-driven automation products along various IT teams
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to devise automation strategies, standards, and adoption requirements
- Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in automation and make recommendations for adoption
- Define product acceptance and continuous improvement metrics to ensure the quality of automation solutions
- Create and maintain up-to-date documentation for automated processes
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
- Minimum 6 years of IT relevant work experience in a role of automation business analyst/specialist or similar job functions
- Hands-on product management experience in AI-driven automation products, with prior exposure in Agentic Automation, Workforce Intelligence, and Autopilot.
- Proficient with Automation tools & applications (UiPath, SAP iRPA, Power Automate etc)
- Familiar with governance, adoption, and training in RPA, Power Platform or other group shared service applications within enterprise IT environments
- Sound experience in SDLC and experience in agile project management
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence Tools for reporting and visualization with strong understanding of data quality reporting methodologies and capabilities
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to share effectively across different business streams
- Willingness and proactively accept and drive change to accomplish positive outcomes
- Working knowledge on project management skills with business process review
- Experience in Aviation industry is advantageous
- Strong organisational, multi-tasking and time-management skills
