Education: Graduate / Engineer. Demonstrated academic achievement with qualifications in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Law or Science.
MBA desired.
Experience: Around 8-12 years of work experience in sourcing, IT and software category management , client management, procurement consulting, sourcing, source-to-contract process, spend analysis, and contract management.
Behaviors & Attributes:
Capable of leading sourcing teams specialized in source-to-contract work
Excellent client management skills, able to communicate to the point in a quick and effective manner. Ability to summarize information.

Role Activities:
Effective performance management of team of Sourcing Specialists.
Manage Team SLAs and KPIs as agreed with the client.
Lead Governance calls with client stakeholders.
Manage client escalations and rectify service delivery issues, both from short term and long term perspective.
Run end-to-end sourcing projects (e.g., Scope clarifications with business, RFx development, NDA management, supplier communication, RFx execution, pricing analysis, commercial negotiations, draft contracts and recommendation summarization) based on predefined service levels, managing multiple simple and/or intermediate projects simultaneously along with team management.
Participate actively in peer reviews for other team members projects and check for quality, consistency and compliance with Infosys quality methodology and client specific requirements.
Follow the deliverable schedule for the team and ensure delivery of output within client timeframes and quality.
Proactively work on team ideation and constant process improvement as a Team Lead.
