We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle HCM Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in Oracle HCM solutions, with a strong background in designing, implementing, and managing HCM systems. This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solution Design: Lead the design and architecture of Oracle HCM solutions to meet the client's business requirements.
  • Implementation: Oversee the implementation of Oracle HCM modules, ensuring alignment with business processes and best practices.
  • Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for the client, understanding their needs and providing expert guidance on Oracle HCM solutions.
  • Project Management: Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of HCM consultants and developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Customization and Integration: Design and implement customizations and integrations with other systems as needed.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and integrity of the HCM solutions through rigorous testing and validation.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of the solution architecture, configurations, and processes.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders to ensure effective utilization of the HCM system.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Oracle HCM features and industry trends, recommending improvements and optimizations.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in Oracle HCM solutions, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud
    • Strong knowledge of HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Absence Management.
    • Experience with Oracle HCM integrations using tools like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
    • Familiarity with SQL, PL/SQL, and other relevant programming languages.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Leadership and team management experience.
    • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certification.
  • Experience in the ITES sector.
  • Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.
