Short Description:
In the role of Siebel Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing software solutions using Siebel CRM technology. You are required to work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet Business requirements and must also be able to develop customizations and configure Siebel applications to meet business needs and ensure optimal performance and user experience.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design and develop software applications using Siebel CRM technology
- Work with clients and stakeholders to understand their business requirements
- Develop customizations and configurations of Siebel applications to meet business needs
- Create technical design documents and specifications
- Perform unit testing and integration testing of software applications
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software applications
- Maintain and update existing applications as required
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Should have 10+ years of Siebel CRM Application development
- Should have experience in Siebel IP17 or above
- Strong knowledge of Siebel architecture, configurations, and integrations
- Deep expertise in Siebel CRM solutions, customization and deployment strategies.
- Proficient in Siebel Tools & Siebel CSW (Configuration, Scripting and Workflows)
- Hands on in EAI, XMLs, Datamaps, EBC, VBC, Integration Objects and Web Services (Inbound/Outbound) configuration
- Experience with Siebel Open UI and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Analyse business requirements, assist with solution design
- Document functional/technical designs development
- Configuring & maintaining JOBs/RCRs/Tasks.
- Bulk Data Loads/Bulk Processing as per Business Needs
- Siebel EIM Loads Archival Process/ Data Cleansing and/or Migration Scripts
- Experience with Oracle database and SQL for data manipulation and reporting.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret IT user requests and understand end user requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Preferable to have Telcom Domain Knowledge and CRM order Management Experience
- Knowledge of current technological trends and developments in the areas of advance networking
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with designers, architects, sales staff, field technicians and external customers.
- Well organized and able to do multi-tasking, problem solving, troubleshooting techniques and strategic thinking.
- Capability to work with people in different time zones & different Locations.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment and appropriately prioritize tasks, and keep abreast of the latest technology.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong & effective customer relationships.
- Solid knowledge of the IT Service Management framework, practices, and process experience in Information Technology.
- Service Delivery tasks like, reporting, customer relationship, SLA management etc.
- Excellent customer interfacing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
- PL/SQL Database Procedures/React JS/Javascript/HTML/other CRM Applications Sales force
