Infosys is seeking a Service Now Developer. This Candidate will work with the team to optimize existing and develop new service catalog offerings and associated flows with a focus on continual improvement and automation , Leverage Flow Designer to further mature the service catalog and migrate away from workflows ,Participate in the upgrade cycle of ServiceNow, including testing via the use of the Automated Test Framework This Candidate will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Tampa, FL or Richardson, TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel within the US.
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
  • At least 4 years of e xperience in administering ServiceNow applications, including application design, source code management, JavaScript, APIs, web services, and User Interface design.
  • Certified Application Development training/CSA certification is preferred/ Micro Certifications - Service Portal, Integration Hub
  • Experience in Identifying inefficiencies to implement areas of automation, Gen AI.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, web services, HTML, CSS), database design schemas, and data modeling.
  • Support the design of custom catalog items, working with business partners and the Service Catalog manager and Product Manager for implementation.
  • Experience in scoped applications design using App Engine studio for Custom scoped applications.
  • Good Understanding of scoped implementations and design multiple scoped apps for shared services.

  • Good understanding of platform capabilities in ServiceNow.
  • Experience in Service Portal, Flow Designers, Workflows and Integration Hub.
  • Experience of implementing data loads, inbound and outbound API integrations, catalog items and workflows within ServiceNow.
  • Experience in foundation data uploads into ServiceNow tables.
  • Hands on experience in building integrations using REST / SOAP API, OKTA / SSO.
  • Hands on experience in building transform maps and data migration.
  • Good understanding of CMDB, Discovery, Reports, Dashboards, Agent Workspace in ServiceNow.
  • Unit and regression test implemented solutions as required. Support User Acceptance Tests and implement code into Production.
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
