Short Description: Looking for Sr ServiceNow Developer
Location : Melbourne, Australia
Role : ServiceNow Developer
Salary range: AUD 108,571- 119,893(Annual Gross)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design and develop advanced applications, HR services and workflows
- Lead requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders, focusing on functional and technical requirements.
- Perform system integrations between ServiceNow and external tools maintaining data integrity and seamless operations.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements, designing and building process and data flows and ensuring robust documentation and support
ESSENTIAL
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow Platform
- Good knowledge of ServiceNow technology landscape to be able to guide team.
- Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD Module
- Experience in e2e implementation of Integrations (Webhooks, Rest API, Integration Hub)
- Strong knowledge of Workflows, Flow designers, Server-side and Client-side scripting
- Strong knowledge of CMDB (CSDM knowledge is desired)
- Knowledge of SNOW Mobile Application
- Excellent customer facing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
