Infosys is seeking a Service Now Developer with functional domain experience in IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, HR Services, and Customer Service Management. The position primarily will be responsible for conducting ServiceNow engagements covering various Service Management processes.

Required Qualifications:
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Dallas, TX, or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 4 year of Information Technology experience

• Work with the team to optimize existing and develop new service catalog offerings and associated flows with a focus on continual improvement and automation, Leverage Flow Designer to further mature the service catalog and migrate away from workflows
• Participate in the upgrade cycle of ServiceNow, including testing via the use of the Automated Test Framework
• Support the design of custom catalog items, working with business partners and the Service Catalog manager and Product Manager for implementation
• Provide: Unit and regression test implemented solutions as required. Support User Acceptance Tests and implement code into Production.
• Hands on Experience with:
• Administering ServiceNow applications, including application design, source code management, JavaScript, APIs, web services, and User Interface design.
• Identifying inefficiencies to implement areas of automation, GenAI
• Scoped applications design using App Engine studio for Custom scoped applications
• Service Portal, Flow Designers, Workflows and Integration Hub
• Implementing data loads, inbound and outbound API integrations, catalog items and workflows within ServiceNow
• Foundation data uploads into ServiceNow tables
• Building integrations using REST/SOAP API, OKTA/SSO, transform maps, and data migration
• Working Knowledge of:
• Scoped implementations and design multiple scoped apps for shared services
• Platform capabilities in ServiceNow
• CMDB, Discovery, Reports, Dashboards, Agent Workspace in ServiceNow
• Scripting languages (JavaScript, web services, HTML, CSS), database design schemas, and data modeling

• Solid attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment

• Support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
• Certified Application Development training/CSA certification is preferred/ Micro Certifications - Service Portal, Integration Hub - is a plus
