Infosys is seeking a Service Now Enterprise (APM) Architect with strong experience on Platform Capabilities. ServiceNow APM Architect is responsible to establish an enterprise-wide technical architecture and implementation strategy setting the foundation for enduring success. Also, focuses on the business side of a project, ensuring that the solution meets the customer's needs and aligns with the program goals. This role requires close partnership and collaboration with Business Stakeholders to provide prescriptive guidance. This position requires strong experience on ServiceNow platform capabilities along with specialized in APM module, CMDB, CSDM and Performance Analytics. Essential Job Duties include assess current state processes and tools, run requirement gathering workshops identify ServiceNow platform solution options, define ServiceNow solution requirements, determine and define integration requirements, and develop overall architecture and implementation plans.

Required Qualifications:
  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX or Raliegh, NC or Hartford, CT or Indianapolis, IN or Phoenix, AZ or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 11 years of Information technology experience.
  • At least 4 years of experience in ServiceNow APM implementation.
  • Strong understanding of Application Portfolio Management (APM) principles and best practices.
  • Experience in ServiceNow APM design, architecture, and implementations with a fair understanding of ServiceNow APM model, plugins, and accelerators.
  • Experience in Development/ Configuration/Solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment in ServiceNow APM module.
  • Common Service Data Model (CSDM): Hands-on experience implementing configuration management database (CMDB) within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Involved in the development of business cases, facilitation of analysis workshops, the selection of the most effective solution and the definition and management of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure enterprise operational and IT deliverables meet the requirements of the enterprise.
  • Experience on overall platform capabilities with specialization in APM implementation (Application Portfolio Management, Business Capabilities, Technology Portfolio Management, indicators, visualization and Technology Reference modules)
  • Must have good understanding on inter relationship between ServiceNow APM products with other ServiceNow products like ITSM, ITOM, IRM.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of one or more of the following: HTML/CSS, AJAX, Jelly, JSON, AngularJS.
  • ServiceNow Application Developer Certification is good to have.
  • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist - Application Portfolio Management certification is good to have.
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
The job entails an extensive amount of travel. The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
