Job Description

In the role of Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for

  • Program management of Managed Support services for Apps, Infra, Cyber-Sec, Service desk and End user compute
  • Drive Governance, Customer Delight, Continuous service improvement, Innovation and ITIL process improvements for client
  • Take end-to-end bottom-line responsibility of the support program managing SLAs, managing client sponsors and stakeholders of the program
  • Working with Head of IT and his direct reportees in driving stated outcomes
  • Identify and Mitigate Project risks
  • Team management and team building

  • 15+ years of relevant experience in managing Support program
  • Experience of managing senior stakeholders (Directors, Sr Directors in client organisation)
  • Excellent team management abilities
  • Experience in Retail, CPG industry is added advantage
  • Knowledge of ITIL and SIAM is added advantage
