Senior Technology Architect - Pega Lead System Architect (LSA)

Infosys is seeking a Pega Lead System Architect (LSA). This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications :

  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Toronto/Mississauga, Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.

  • At least 7+ years of experience in leading the technical team in implementing requirements in Pega PRPC v7.x/v8.x
  • At least 2 years of experience in implementing CDH requirements
  • Should be certified Pega LSA in Pega PRPC v7.x/v8.x.
  • Strong knowledge of Customer Decision Hub (CDH) and its implementation.
  • Lead the design and implementation of Pega solutions both in PRPC and CDH.
  • Work with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Experience in designing and implementing Pega solutions in the Finance Domain/Frameworks.
  • Experience working in an agile (SCRUM/Pega Smart BPM) environment.
  • Participate actively in the requirements design and build phases, deliver high-quality deliverables within the planned timelines.
  • Design and configure flows and rules. Assist with the user interface and process workflow development.
  • Works in conjunction with Program Manager to size, manage scope, and risk.
  • Accountable for ensuring the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer technical and functional requirements, and commits to
  • Customer Success.
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global offshore/onshore model.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Extensive travel may be required as per client and project needs.

Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:
Ontario: $ 104093 to $ 120992
