Infosys is seeking Senior Technical Manager. Join a team of highly motivated technology team that work at startup pace in a large corporation. This position will interface with key Client and Infosys stakeholders and apply global delivery model to execute large programs and lead overall Infosys delivery for the Client. The candidate should have good technical proficiency across different facets of Operations process supporting a Product and help in guiding and steering Infosys delivery. Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Phoenix, AZ or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At lease 10 yrs of experience in Information Technology
- 5 years of overall experience with a Software product organization as a Senior Technical Manager or above
- Demonstrated ability to drive for results and influence for impact.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, change management and adapt quickly to changing paradigm.
- Demonstrate strong Program Management skill set in driving large sized delivery; managing project schedule, timeline, risk and issue management, Client communications management and internal/external stakeholders management
- Teaming/Collaboration - Demonstrates exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a collaborative and empowering approach to achieve results through influence
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to develop lasting relationships with multiple hierarchy of Client executives as well as senior business or technical leaders
- Experience with enterprise scale support team management for L1 Operations
- Knowledge of Product Maintenance, Operations and Cloud security.
- 3+ years of SaaS implementation experience is strongly preferred
- Experience with a variety of problem-solving techniques.
- Thought leader on process improvement methodologies
- Ability to work with distributed teams in India and US and across timezones
- Take complete ownership for ensuring success of all L1 BAU Operations on a day-to-day basis.
- Communicating and facilitating discussions/decisions and impacts to key stakeholders across customer organizations both with business and IT teams.
- Be the first level of escalation and be able to pull together internal teams to resolve critical issues
- Manage and present monthly and quarterly platform and team metrics to SLT levels

Preferred Qualifications:
- Sound knowledge and experience on Agile. SAFE Agile experience certification is preferred
- Experience with support projects
- Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP & Azure is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
