Infosys is seeking a Senior Sterling Integrator Developer. As a Senior Sterling Integrator Developer, you will be supporting daily Operations/development activities. You will be responsible to ensure and keep track of the day to day operations and their status and help in closure. You will be working with internal and external trading partners for resolution of issues. You will be required to coordinate with Offshore team and ensure smooth hand off of shifts and you will be working with team to improve processes, and problem management. Also, you will be responsible to coordinate with various teams, work on Development/ Migration/ upgrade activities and evaluate the solution options and make recommendations.

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of Relevant Information Technology experience.

  • Location for this position is Irving, TX. This position may require travel to project/client location.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 4 years of experience with Sterling File Gateway, Secure Proxy and products
  • At least 3 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process.
  • Experience setting up the following in a B2B environment, Partner Profiles AS2, sFTP, FTPs, FTP, HTTP, HTTPs, SOAP, PGP.
  • Trouble shooting and resolving of EDI Functional and Technical issues, excellent skills in developing new maps and BP's
  • Experience in B2B production support, working on tools/accelerators which helps to reduce incidents etc.,
  • Experience in connecting with suppliers, external customers, and internal business units
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving transaction processing issues
  • Experience in acting as an escalation point to resolve issues from suppliers, external customers and internal customers.
  • Establishing and maintaining liaison relationship with business partners and IT organization in order to provide effective technical solutions.
  • Experience in investigating problems and developing recommendations for resolution, identifying the need for technical assistance to help in problem resolution.
The job may entail extensive travel. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face .
