- Identify and close new logos.
- Represent Infosys as an industry leader and trusted advisor.

- Innovate and develop platform solutions tailored for diverse enterprises.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution (or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education).
- 9+ years of strong sales experience in the service industry.
- Deep understanding of the Global Delivery Model (offshore/outsourcing) and large deal experience.
- 5-7 years of relevant business development experience in selling IT services.
- Proven track record of building relationships with CXOs of leading organizations.
- Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading presentations.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required (no sponsorship available).
- Consistent history of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in software contract negotiations.
- Expertise in competitor mapping and SWOT analysis.
- Ability to define innovative solutions in complex environments.
- Well-connected within the IT services industry.
- Skilled at identifying upcoming RFPs/deals through networking with key client partners.
