  • Identify and close new logos.
  • Represent Infosys as an industry leader and trusted advisor.
  • Leverage Infosys' extensive capabilities across technology practices, industry verticals, and service lines to craft solutions that address client challenges.
  • Innovate and develop platform solutions tailored for diverse enterprises.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution (or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education).
  • 9+ years of strong sales experience in the service industry.
  • Deep understanding of the Global Delivery Model (offshore/outsourcing) and large deal experience.
  • 5-7 years of relevant business development experience in selling IT services.
  • Proven track record of building relationships with CXOs of leading organizations.
  • Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading presentations.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required (no sponsorship available).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Consistent history of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in software contract negotiations.
  • Expertise in competitor mapping and SWOT analysis.
  • Ability to define innovative solutions in complex environments.
  • Well-connected within the IT services industry.
  • Skilled at identifying upcoming RFPs/deals through networking with key client partners.
