Bilingual SAP S/4 Project Manager
.
Location:

Base location: Tokyo

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Overall Project Management covering project planning, preparation, WBS creation, progress monitoring, Participate in Reviews, risk management and reporting.
  • Work with functional consultants and technical consultants at onsite/offshore and manage the execution of planned tasks.
  • Coordinate with client and other stakeholders for dependent tasks & follow up for completion.

Skills /Competencies:
Essential:
  • Minimum 10+ Years of Experience including experience as a project manager in end-to-end implementation of SAP ECC or S/4 HANA for manufacturing / CPG customers / retail industry.
  • Bilingual, strong communication capabilities in Japanese / English
  • Possess strong business and consulting acumen.
  • Possess strong stakeholder management with the ability to properly manage stakeholder expectations and escalations.
  • Possess strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and team management skills.
Preferred
  • SAP AFS, FMS experience /knowledge
  • Additional Skills:
    Excellent customer interfacing skills.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
    Ability to work in cross cultural teams and different geographical time zones.
