Title : Senior Project Manager
Location: Mexico City

SDM role for Mexican client in Mexico City, to manage multiple Projects in one LOB.
Mandatory:
- IT Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required.
- Requires a technical expertise offering 12+ years of experience leading and delivering products, technical programs, including large-scale global programs.
- At least 7 years of Information Technology experience and release manager experience.
- Defining and managing the product vision and strategy, based on customer and stakeholder needs and market research.
- Should act as the primary advocate for the customer, ensuring that their needs and expectations are represented in the product backlog and development process.
- Knowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e. Scrum, Kanban), or understanding of software development life cycle models as well as in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices
- Proficient at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques
- Creating and prioritizing a product backlog (a list of features and requirements) that aligns with the product vision and goals, and continuously refining it based on feedback and changing business needs.
- Strong negotiating, consulting, and communication skills
- Experience in handling L2/L3 support for applications with incident, problem & change management processes
- Expertise in working service-based model by using the ITIL processes like Incident Management, Change Management and Problem Management

- Experience in Wide-scale deployment across production networks
- PMP Certification or Scrum Master Certification would be an advantage
- Good Understanding of Networking Domain
- Knowledge of Azure or AWS Cloud infrastructure
