Senior Product Manager

Infosys is seeking a Senior Product Manager. This position's primary responsibility will be to anchor for different phases of the engagement including business process consulting, problem definition, discovery, solution generation, design, development, deployment and validation; guide teams on project processes and deliverables; contribute to effort estimation, client training. The chosen candidate will play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution with an opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson,TX / Plano, TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 11 years of Information Technology experience.
Must have Skills:
  • Should be technically good on in Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring Core, Micro services, streams understanding, No Sql, data pipelines along with knowledge of Azure tech stack with AKS, No Sql DB, Kafka or other Service bus.
  • Drive technical as well as functional solution discussions with customer and provide thought leadership in the area
  • Take complete ownership of people and their performance management in project, Frontend the discussions with Client's Functional and Solution leads and implement continuous improvement ideas
  • Strong sense of code with ability to review, rework and deliver top class design and code to customer.
Preferred Skills:
  • Communicate with the project team and stakeholders
  • Manage risks and issues, monitor progress to ensure that the project stays on track
  • Taking complete ownership for project delivery
  • Participate in client discussions, represent the customer director's portfolio in leadership meetings
  • Take complete ownership of people and their performance management in project, Frontend the discussions with Client's Functional and Solution leads and Implement continuous improvement ideas
  • Participate in defect triage meetings
  • Generate ad hoc reports based on client's requests
  • Ensure knowledge management within the team
  • CI/CD skills to build automated pipelines using ADO
  • Good understanding of SRE skillset and ability to architect the services considering observability, traceability and monitoring aspects.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Agile scrum software development process.
  • Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment


The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
