Senior Process Lead

Responsibilities :

  • New product setup and configuration:
    • Request/setup packaging SKU's with publishing platform partners
    • Work with internal/external partners for compliance and platform approval for new products
    • Create and maintain bills of material on publishing platform systems
    • Coordinate print files with publishing platform partners
    • Create and update BOM's in platform partner systems
  • Planning functions:
    • Issue purchase orders
    • Work with suppliers and publishing platform partners to schedule orders and develop supply plans
    • Support software manufacturing supply planning as needed
  • Code management:
    • Place token orders with publishing platform partners
    • Work with finance on payment process
    • Decrypt and manage token files with printers using secure quality process

    • Develop and document processes for integrated publisher product setup, planning, and code management
  • Product Scheduling:
    • Track product status and managing product inbound to DC's
    • Support inbounding process at DC's
  • Reporting:
    • Track open PO status and report out on status
    • Report to finance on inventory movement and transactions
    • Track activity costs in relation to budget and report on overall budget status in relation to integration
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience related to the job description.
