Senior Process Consultant

Profile / Skill Sets:

Project level quality planning, Conceptual and Practical knowledge of Quality models like CMMI, Six Sigma, Metrics, Software engineering and basics of project management, Focus on Productivity improvement levers like Tools, Automation and Reuse etc.
IT / Industry Project Management, Quality Models, Software Engineering, Quantitative and Statistical Analysis techniques.

Senior Process Consultant R&R :

• Ensure creation of Quality & Productivity improvement strategies and customer satisfaction improvement strategies for accounts.
• Recommend Quality &Productivity goal setting in projects and also at the unit level
• Deploy delivery excellence strategies as elicited in the business plan and other related initiatives
• Identify areas of improvement at project levels, coach project managers on strategies for improvement, customize the strategy for projects, verify implementation of the strategy
• Coach and train process related trainings including content-creation
• Identify areas of breakthrough improvement, customize the strategy for accounts; Implement the action plan
• Perform risk assessment, identifies risk levels, perform root cause analysis, identify risk mitigation action items (involving multiple groups), report risk levels to relevant stakeholders
• Conduct audits, help plan and prepare for client audits and External Quality Certifications and ensures closure of non-compliances
• Plan for and recommend right frequency and customizations to the engagement level feedback, perform ELF analysis and implement required action for improvement.
