About the Role
As a Senior Leader in the Business consulting practice, you will be responsible for growing the Risk and Compliance practice by partnering and managing our various clientele and enabling others to lead client engagements. You will lead strategic programs dealing with complex, industry-specific requirements, while ensuring that we continue to support the sales teams in North America. You will leverage your industry connects to open new doors for Infosys.

Responsibilities
- Leading complex engagements at Financial Services firms in the area of Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) and Controls
- Consulting business development experience working with client teams, project teams to generate and sell consulting projects including developing industry solutions within the Risk and Compliance area, designing the sales approach, defining target client management, creation and delivery of client pitch and proposals, developing sales campaigns and managing the sales life cycle from lead identification, generation through closing and revenue recognition
- Lead in all aspects of proposal development process - Ability to independently organize, develop pursuits (working with cross-unit pursuit teams) and write high quality proposals, work with leaders to develop pricing strategies
- Leverage your subject matter expertise in GRC to provide thought leadership, and create sales collateral
- Being the account anchor and willingness to carry sales and delivery targets towards growing the account(s).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the client organization and Infosys on technology transformation programs and initiatives
- Leverage your industry connects to start new conversations in the Risk and Compliance space.
- Lead business development activities ranging from leading or contributing to proposals and developing propositions
- Work closely with our product alliance partners and collaborate on sales and client engagements
- Mentor, coach, and develop consultants. Participate in firm level initiatives around hiring, training and coaching. Strong interpersonal skills with ability to develop and nurture relationships within a matrix organization.
- Master's degree or foreign equivalent required
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience with at least 10-12 years of management consulting experience at a top-tier consulting firm
- Good depth of knowledge in area of GRC for financial services firms. Understanding of organization structures, roles and responsibilities. Basic understanding of regulatory landscape. Deep understanding of GRC taxonomy
- Lead client and engagement teams in successfully delivering technology solutions to automate or improve GRC using vendor solutions such as MetricStream, RSA Archer, IBM OpenPages ServiceNow IRM, Fusion Risk, Workiva
- Proven ability to confidently interact with senior leadership across lines of Business, Operations and Technology in presenting organization capabilities, practice credentials, value propositions and solutions
- Demonstrated ability to deliver and lead oral presentations, anchor business/IT workshops
- Excellent client relationship management, executive presence, verbal, written and inter-personal communication skills
- Proven ability to lead projects, build strong and effective business relationships
- Have experience of creating sales collateral and selling to clients.
- Highly motivated with strong analytical acumen and problem-solving skills
- Must be willing and able to travel up to 80%, depending on client requirements

- MBA or equivalent advanced degree with appreciation for technology
- Experience in practice building and developing new product capability within a consulting unit
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, including identification of leads and opportunities, pre-sales and post-sales support and client relationship management
- Proven ability to deliver under tight deadlines and challenging constraints
- Ability and willingness to work as part of a cross-cultural team including flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessary
