Infosys is seeking a Senior Network Architect to provide technical leadership and support IT Infrastructure Project for our onsite location. We are seeking a seasoned Technical Consultant to own the technical roadmap of IT Network and Device solutions. In this role, you will partner with strong technical leaders to drive the long-term vision through development of vision documents, definition of business requirements. You will also serve as a key player with partner teams across the company, working to align interests and implement scalable solutions. The successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Candidate can work remotely from any locations within the U.S. This position may require travel to project location.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 11 years of Information Technology experience
• At least 11 years of experience in the following areas:
• Datacenter Network
• Campus Network with wired and wireless network
• SD LAN
• NAC Solutions
• SD WAN
• Design and Architecting DC Network
• Deployment of CISCO
• Aruba Technology Solutions
• Manage and perform firmware/Software upgrades, ensure hardening and patches wherever required keeping the support level of the Network devices.
• Support all aspects of Network Administration including: hardware, software, VPN, AnyConnect, performance tuning, and day-to-day operations of Network and Unified Communications.
• Conduct: LAN/WAN technical support - Wide Area Routing and Local Area Switching Architecture and troubleshooting.
• Implementing, administering, and troubleshooting network infrastructure devices including Routers, Switches, wireless Controllers and monitoring applications
• Work with various teams to get downtime to start cut-over process and create and perform the changes request attending Change advisory board meeting to get change approvals.
• Work with ISP vendors and business partner vendors to resolve live critical network issues.
• Support infrastructure that supports Internet access to public-facing and internal web applications, including proxies, tools and content filters.
• Identify emerging program risks and communicates to leadership with the mitigation plans.
• Work on projects/systems/issues of medium to high complexity surrounding network planning, configuration and optimization
• Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects
• Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones
• Conduct regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
• Establish and implement training processes and strategies for all technical personnel
• Decommission EOL/EOS devices in Datacenter, which involved working with Partner Companies
• Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives
• Maintain Quality Control: demonstrate accuracy in configuration and documentation, with a desire for standardization.
• Manage all documentation required for network security assessments, audits and internal control and control testing
• Demonstrate excellent dependability: consistently at work and on time, ensure follow-up with customers.
• Possess ability to guide a Team of Network engineers from an Architecture perspective and cross-train co-workers on Technology

• Excellent Communications and client interaction skills along with exceptional written and verbal skills as well as technical documentation
• Extraordinary Planning, Project Management, Coordination, and Analytical skills
• Hands-on experience in working in Global Delivery Model with onsite/offshore resources
• Exceptional Organizational Skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Readiness to demonstrate a proactive attitude
• Solid attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment, interact effectively with all levels of Management, Strong Vendor Relationship Management, and work independently in a team-oriented environment
• Clear understanding of Industry standard IT infrastructure platforms, terminology, and leading providers, including Network, and Datacenter
• Exposure to Aruba and CISCO Technology is good to have
• Technical experience with: SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, is a plus
• Working Knowledge of latest Cloud Technologies is an added advantage
• Experienced managing data center projects would be ideal
• ITIL Global Process Experience is a bonus
• Familiarity with Service Now is a benefit
• Operational experience with a PPM is a perk

Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In CA / WA / NY / CO: $113,000 to $147,000
In Washington, DC: $109,800 to $147,500
