Your role
In the role of a senior manager, you will anchor the engagement effort for transformation and migration programs, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. You will proactively identify opportunities for further expansion or improvement of services delivered to the customer

Responsibilities
  • Provide inputs to delivery sections in the account plan at LOB level in order to make business plan more relevant and closer to reality.
  • Facilitate ideation discussions and work with Global Markets, to identify new opportunities in order to meet the revenue targets.
  • Lead large proposals (greater than 2M USD), review and provide guidance for other proposals in order to submit a winning proposal.
  • Review and provide delivery inputs on the Standard of Work (SOW) / LOE in order to complete contractual requirements.
  • Review the project scope document for all medium /large sized projects in order to ensure proper scoping of project and reduction of risks.
  • Review the estimate for small and medium sized projects and lead the estimation of large sized projects in order to ensure successful delivery within the committed goals.
  • Prepare resource plan for his/her portfolio including people, infrastructure, liaisons, with required groups in order to fulfil the portfolio resource requirements.
  • Review the project schedule for small to medium projects and do project schedule for large projects in order to ensure successful delivery within the committed goals.
  • Identify the quality goals and processes with help from SQA, comply with internal quality mandate, plan for training the team and prepare a comprehensive quality plan in order to ensure high quality delivery.
  • Do regular risks assessments of the projects and mitigation planning, identification and review of potential/high risk projects and provide governance of complex engagements in order to minimize and mitigate risks for all project within the portfolio.
  • Review the scope, schedule, estimate, quality goals, risk plan and resource plan in order to successfully execute the projects in the portfolio.
  • Perform portfolio analysis, plan and execute transition activities in case of large transitions; review the transition plan closely track the transition for small to medium size transitions in order to get into the steady state as agreed with the client.
  • Review and track the SLAs with the help of PMs and provide delivery governance in order to successfully execute the project.
  • Provide delivery governance, review and track the project performance against the goals on a periodic basis, monitor, review and control all the project phases (Requirement gathering, Design, Architecture, Development, Testing, Implementation, Warranty), take corrective measure and communicate to senior management in order to deliver projects successfully.
  • Allocate individuals to projects/initiatives, enable competency development, implement performance management as per organizational guidelines, R&R, team building, compliance to company HR Processes, mentoring the team and participate in the recruitment activities in order to motivate the team for successful delivery of projects.
  • Track and comply with OEI parameters and processes including budget submissions, confirmations, invoicing DART, milestone and closure reports, Revenue and Risk, resource allocations, quality /regulatory /customer security audits for all the projects within the portfolio in order to meet the organizational OEI goals.
  • Manage formal / informal client relationships, Be the SPOC for the customer for all large projects and first level of escalation for all small to medium sized projects, Analyze CSAT feedback, provide inputs in CSAT plans and act ionize the same.
  • Participate in account level change initiatives in order to improve the operations of the account and help in account growth.
Required Skills
  • Experience in leading / managing large transformation , migration and support programs
  • Understanding of Customer centricity , Telecom BSS/OSS , Integration , Cloud and Migration concepts
  • Strong experience(at least 3 years) in Telecom OSS/BSS domain
  • Managing service quality, delivery quality and improvement initiatives
  • Knowledge of Agile delivery methodology
  • Experience in Pre-sales, program initiation and change management processes
