Senior Manager
Senior Managers are sound negotiators and highly articulate individuals who encompass the full range of skills and procurement and supply chain experience to identify opportunities in the market. They seamlessly pivot between sales and program management as they scope programs of work, set up teams, and map out pathways of success right through the post-implementation review stages.
Job Responsibilities:
- Fostering client relationships to sell consulting engagements
- Leading strategic procurement practices including strategic sourcing, category management, supplier relationship management, and commercial negotiation
- End-to-end program delivery and transformation capabilities that incorporate best practice methodologies
- Digital procurement strategy
- Technology selection
- Implementation optimization
- Optimization / Remediation

- A bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent is required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- At least 6 years of experience in the job description
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel analysis and communication in MSWord and MS PowerPoint
- Experience required in procurement or supply chain with a track record of delivering exceptional outcomes for clients
- Consulting experience within a management consulting firm
- Must have demonstrated exposure in fostering client relationships to sell consulting engagements and proven success in applying leading strategic procurement practices including strategic sourcing, category management, supplier relationship management, and commercial negotiation
- Legally eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
- Ability to travel up to 80% of your time
