Senior Lead - Compensation and Benefits

Infosys is looking to hire Lead for its Compensation & Benefits team. In this role, the respective individual will work with Cross-functional teams to drive system enhancement and process improvement initiatives, prepare key analytics, benchmarking and research reports to analyze the business implications of employee compensation & benefits related initiatives and identify strategic HR interventions, guide teams on deployment of HR, track and ensure compliance.

Qualification
Basic

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 6 years of relevant work experience with Bachelor's degree or 3 years of relevant work experience with Master's degree
  • Location for this position is in Richardson, TX. Candidates must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to this area. This position may require travel up to 15%

  • Developing and implementing competitive benefits programs, policies and procedures
  • Working closely with HR and finance departments to forecast the costs and impact of benefits plans
  • Ensuring compliance with federal, state and local regulations concerning benefits
  • Negotiating with vendors and administrators for best plans, options and rates for health and other insurance plans
  • Preparing and managing the budget for benefits
  • Keeping up-to-date with benefits trends and legislation to ensure company's competitive positioning

  • Analytical Skills - Ability to analyze data on wages, salaries, and benefits costs and prepare reports
  • Knowledge of Regulations - Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to employee benefits

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
