Job Description
In the role of Senior Developer, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. You will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of integration solutions using Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and deploying cloud to cloud and cloud to ground based integration services and solutions, with a strong focus on Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Azure Data Factory and Azure API Management.
Please note: Applicants are required to work at the office in Reading at least 3 days/week.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of integration solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Create solutions that leverage the .net technology stack.
- Collaborate with Architects, Business Analysts, key stakeholders, and team members to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and implement scalable integration solutions using Azure Integration Services such as Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Azure Data Factory and Azure API Management.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers and business analysts.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Take ownership and responsibility of the end-to-end delivery of integration solutions using platforms such as Azure Devops pipelines, Terraform.
- Document technical information relating to integration processes, configurations, and solutions."
- Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Developer, Azure Solutions Architect).
- Knowledge of microservices architecture, Azure DevOps, Infra knowledge and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of API design best practices and clean code development approaches.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies."
