Infosys is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Scientist specializing in Marketing Data Science to join our team. The ideal candidate will harness advanced analytics, machine learning, and data-driven methodologies to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize performance. As a key player, you will work collaboratively with stakeholders to solve complex supply chain challenges and deliver impactful solutions that drive business success.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology

- Candidate must live within commuting distance of Raleigh, NC or Tempe, AZ Or Hartford, CT or Richardson, Tx or Indianapolis, INor be willing to relocate. Travel within the US may be required.
- At least 3 years of experience in programming languages such as Python, SQL and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- At least 3 years of experience in Cloud platforms (e.g., ADF, Data bricks, Azure) and their AI services.
- At least 1 years of experience in data science with a focus on marketing analytics, customer analytics, or digital marketing strategies, including leadership roles.
- At least 1 years of experience in marketing domains such as customer segmentation, campaign optimization, media mix modeling, attribution modeling, and A/B testing.
- At least 1 years of experience in machine learning frameworks, natural language processing (NLP), personalization algorithms, and sentiment analysis.

- Experience in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo), CDPs (Customer Data Platforms), and CRM systems
- Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Data Science, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in integration of first-party, second-party, and third-party data to deliver actionable insights and improve marketing effectiveness.
- Experienced in Agile way of working, manage team effort and track through JIRA
- High Impact client communication
- Experience working in a consulting environment is highly desirable.
