Job Description
As an Siebel Senior Consultant is Siebel expert must have experience in Siebel Configuration, Customization, Workflows, EAI. The position will primarily be responsible for providing solutions on the Siebel Order Management module from customer's requirements. The selected candidate be able to drive solution on Siebel, domain expertise on Telco industry. Interact with customer process consultants and business SME to understand and analyse various processes. Derive automation opportunities and make recommendations from the Discover product discussions.

Your Role
- Providing solutions on the Siebel from customer's requirements.
- Interact with customer process consultants and business SME to understand and analyze various processes.
- Derive automation opportunities and make recommendations from the Discover product discussions.
- Develop, configure, and customize Siebel CRM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Hands on experience and knowledge on Siebel CSW (Configuration, Scripting and Workflows).
- Hands on experience in Siebel EAI and Web Services.
- Ability to independently handle and resolve issues.
- Domain knowledge Order Management
- Domain knowledge Telco (preferrable)
- Minimum 10 years' hand on experience
- Minimum one Tele Co implementation experience as an Architect
- Ability to understand / learn relevant Siebel functional modules
- Capable of mentoring team members on project
- Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
- Proactive and collaborative
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices
- Advanced analytical, problem solving, negotiation and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skill
- In-depth understanding of Telco domain concepts
