Role: Senior Consultant-IQE
Location: Sydney
Salary: AUD ( 108571-119893) Annual Gross
Please Note:- The above salary range is only indicative and maybe subject to suitable enhancements, based on internal company processes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- End to end test lead driving the testing delivery of medium to large scale programs.
- Coordinate with multiple teams (including third party vendors) for aligning testing schedule, environments, test data and govern all the phases of project testing.
- Work closely with project IT and Business teams to derive an effective risk-based testing approach.
- Coordinate with offshore for test estimates, test plan and all other testing artifacts.
- Attend project business and steer co meetings to represent the testing status and determine and scope changes/CR's
- Connect with offshore teams at regular intervals to align the delivery expectations and also to support them clear any outstanding blockers.
- Coordinate with Performance test teams for SVP phase from planning to closure.
- Work with UAT teams and coordinate support needed for UAT phase.
- Conduct effective defect triage meetings and publish daily/Weekly status reports.
- Attend the scrum meetings representing the testing team.
Skills /Competencies:
- Experience of 6 to 8 years of relevant experience.
- Working experience with Virtual teams of offshore.
Essential:
- Good understanding of Agile ways of working.
- Proven experience in managing the test lifecycle using test management tools e.g. QC ALM etc
- Understanding of shift left concepts
Additional Skills:
- Excellent customer interfacing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
