Job Description
5+ years relevant experience as Business Analyst working directly with Product Owner and Business
Responsibilities .
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for application tailored to the energy sector
- Design and document system process, workflow, and data models to optimize business functionality
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in training users on Salesforce processes and new features
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for the Customer Engagement Platform (CEP)
- Analyse customer feedback and engagement metrics to identify improvement opportunities customer experience platforms.

- Should have minimum 5 years of experience as business analyst
- Should have experience on Requirement Elicitation, Requirement Documentation, Requirement Gathering
- Able to directly work with Business and Tech Team
- Able to break requirement to User Stories for Tech Team.
- Familiarity with Oil and Gas sector, including regulatory requirements, operations and custom relationship management
- Experience in project management methodologies and agile ways of working
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
- Strong knowledge of Azure Devops (ADO) processes and documenting all user stories and acceptance criteria on ADO
- Should have excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
- Certified Business Analyst is preferred
- Knowledge on sales force business implementations.
