Your role

As a Senior Consultant, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in; you will define the problem, propose and refine the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required:
• Expertise in SmartCOMM and Thunderhead
• Ability to design and develop complex solutions in SmartCOMM.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• In depth knowledge of SmartCOMM, including Advanced Template Designer, Data Modeler, and other relevant tools.
• Experience in migration from Thunderhead to SmartCOMM
• Experience in draft editor integration and integration through SmartCOMM APIs
• Experience with XML, XSLT, and scripting languages e.g., JavaScript may be beneficial.
• Understanding of system development methodologies e.g., Agile, Kanban.

Role and responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand communication requirements and translate them into technical specifications for SmartCOMM development.
• Collaborate with all integrated applications for end-to-end solution designing.
• Work with client enterprise architect for end-to-end solution architecture.
• Design and develop reusable SmartCOMM templates, workflows, and configurations.
• Utilize SmartCOMM features like Business Object Studio, Advanced Template Designer, and Data Modeler to build communication solutions.
• Migration of templates from Thunderhead to SmartCOMM
• Collaborate with project teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
• Contribute to the development of best practices for SmartCOMM development and implementation.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and end-users.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SmartCOMM solutions.
• Stay up to date on the latest SmartCOMM features and best practices.
