Senior Consultant - Oracle EBS HCM OTL Technical Consultant

Infosys is seeking Oracle EBS HCM OTL Technical Consultant with Implementation and Application Support experience. The position primary responsibility will be to interface with key stakeholders and responsible for successfully supporting the current EBS OTL System. This position will be responsible for leading the discussions for the design and development of all the associated components such as Data migration, integrations and reports for OTL areas.

Skills-

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree
• 10+ years of Information Technology experience
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle EBS OTL module in technical capacity
• Should be aware of the underlying EBS OTL table structures
• Technical knowledge in extracts, Forms, Reports in EBS
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
• Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
• Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle EBS OTL module in technical capacity
• Candidate should be proficient in all the EBS Technical areas
• Ability to lead the discussions with the customer teams for integrations, data migrations and reports related to OTL
• Knowledgeable on technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL), Extract, BI reporting.
• Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
• Experience managing team size of 5+ would be a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
