Infosys is seeking highly skilled Oracle CX Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive technical expertise in Oracle Customer Experience (CX) applications and a strong background in system integration and customisation. This role involves working closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to design, develop, and implement technical solutions that enhance Oracle CX capabilities.

In the role of Senior Consultant, you will be expected to develop bespoke applications and cloud. This role will interface with client and elicit technical requirements, design and develop technical components.

Roles and Responsibilities:
For you to be successful in obtaining this role you will need to possess the following:
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather technical requirements.
- Design, develop, and implement customizations, extensions, and integrations for Oracle CX applications.
- Configure and customise Oracle CX modules, including Fusion CX Sales Cloud, and Fusion CX Service Cloud.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.
- Perform data migration and integration tasks using Oracle tools and technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle CX applications.
- Conduct performance tuning and optimisation of Oracle CX systems.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and project teams.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle CX product releases and technical advancements.
Essential:
- Strong proficiency in Oracle CX applications, including Fusion CX Sales Cloud, and Fusion CX Service Cloud.
- Extensive experience Visual Builder Cloud Services and Visual Builder Studio.
- Experience with REST and SOAP web services for system integration.
- Strong understanding of CRM processes and best practices.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle CX architecture and technical components.
- Understanding of cloud computing concepts and Oracle Cloud infrastructure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Oracle certifications such as Oracle CX Cloud or similar are preferred.
- Excellent customer interfacing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
