  • Conversion Consultant
Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of Oracle Cloud Conversion experience
Responsibilities:
  • Knowledge of migration frameworks offered by SaaS applications.
  • Advanced understanding of Data Extraction, Transformation and Loading.
  • Basic understanding of Data Cleansing Techniques.
  • Experience of working on large scale, complex transformation projects.
  • Should have a strong understanding of FBDI Templates & capabilities.
  • Identify and resolve Performance issues in data migration to fix conversion within the migration window period.
  • Experience in ETL transformation of historical data migration to Cloud.
  • Strong experience handling data migration dry run and rehearsals.
  • Provide technical expertise, guidelines, and leadership in the development and implementation of migration solutions for PaaS Components.
  • Exhibit exceptional technical problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or in a team-oriented manner.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and oral) to convey the technical solutions to offshore.
  • Basic understanding in Cloud ERP Data model (supply chain, Finance, Sales Cloud, CPQ, Product Development, TCA) - Relational, tables, views.
  • Deliver Data Migration Strategy, Coding Standards & rehearsal metrics document in Oracle cloud across finance, SCM, Sales Cloud, & Product Development.
  • Coordination with the offshore team for deliverables.
