Skills:
- Conversion Consultant
- Minimum of 5 years of Oracle Cloud Conversion experience
- Knowledge of migration frameworks offered by SaaS applications.
- Advanced understanding of Data Extraction, Transformation and Loading.
- Basic understanding of Data Cleansing Techniques.
- Experience of working on large scale, complex transformation projects.
- Should have a strong understanding of FBDI Templates & capabilities.
- Identify and resolve Performance issues in data migration to fix conversion within the migration window period.
- Experience in ETL transformation of historical data migration to Cloud.
- Strong experience handling data migration dry run and rehearsals.
- Provide technical expertise, guidelines, and leadership in the development and implementation of migration solutions for PaaS Components.
- Exhibit exceptional technical problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or in a team-oriented manner.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and oral) to convey the technical solutions to offshore.
- Basic understanding in Cloud ERP Data model (supply chain, Finance, Sales Cloud, CPQ, Product Development, TCA) - Relational, tables, views.
- Deliver Data Migration Strategy, Coding Standards & rehearsal metrics document in Oracle cloud across finance, SCM, Sales Cloud, & Product Development.
- Coordination with the offshore team for deliverables.
