Roles and Responsibilities:
Objective: Dedicated ITOM ServiceNow professional with experience in administration, development, and integration. Seeking to leverage skills to optimize IT operations and infrastructure management through ServiceNow solutions.
Professional Summary: Experienced ITOM ServiceNow specialist with a focus on administration, development, and integration. Proficient in configuring ITOM modules, developing custom solutions, and integrating ServiceNow with external systems. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• ITOM ServiceNow Administration
• ServiceNow Development (Scripting, Workflows, UI Policies)
• ServiceNow Integration (REST API, SOAP, MID Server)
• Infrastructure Discovery and Dependency Mapping
• Event Management and Alerting
• Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
• Performance Analytics and Reporting
• ITIL Framework Knowledge
• Project Management
• Excellent Communication and Collaboration Abilities
Working knowledge on CMDB in maintaining CI's and data loading using Import Sets.
• Experienced in platform administration activities including Activation of Plugins, System Upgrades, packaging, cloning instances, Merging and migration of Update sets, Data loading using Import sets.
• Experience in creating and maintaining Access Control Rules for securing and providing the right access to right person/role.
• Good Knowledge in activities like Creating Roles, Profiles, Email Services, Workflow Alerts and Actions, and Approval Process.
• Experience in generating various Reports, Creating Dashboards and Scheduled reports.
• Handling change management process for the ServiceNow platform administration during operational support.
• Experienced managing multiple instances (DEV, Sandbox, QA, UAT, and Prod) and using Update Set for moving changes from Dev instances to QA and QA to Prod instances.
• Handled multiple releases from design to deployment.
• Administered and configured ITOM modules in the ServiceNow platform to align with organizational IT operations and infrastructure management requirements.
• Developed custom solutions using ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and UI policies to automate ITOM processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Integrated ServiceNow with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP, and MID Server, ensuring seamless data exchange and process integration.
• Implemented infrastructure discovery and dependency mapping solutions to enhance visibility and control over IT assets and dependencies.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes in the ServiceNow ITOM environment.
• Provided end-user training and support to ensure effective adoption and utilization of ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
• Conducted system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to optimize the ServiceNow platform and enhance user satisfaction.
